Even though I stayed only 1 night, I really enjoyed it there. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I would love to go back someday on my next travels to Boston. I will recommend you to all of my friends and family. Kind regards.

The lobby is impressive, the skywalk to the airport is incredibly helpful, and the service is quite good.

We like to stay at Hilton/Hampton hotels for dependability and cleanliness. But each time we stayed at this hotel in Boston, one of the staff was uncooperative. We've been here 3 times. We'll try the Hyatt this time.

A colleague and I stayed here recently and loved it. The staff were extremly helpful at navigating the "T", which is the best way to navigate Boston. The shuttle driver's gave great advice on Boston sightseeing. Not to keen on the restuarant, but that is the only drawback.

On checking in was told there were no non-smoking rooms. Since booking my room on the internet instead of their own reservation service I had no priority. When I asked about switching to another hotel I was told very quickly and emphatically that the entire city hotels were booked solid and that would be inpossible. The room did smell heavily of smoke and the windows could not be opened. I will not stay at a Hilton Hotel again although I will continue to make my reservations over the internet.

This Hotel is on Logan Airport. It would be hard to miss a flight. With the shuttle service to the terminals, to the Subway ("T") and parking garages are right there(valet is you choose) then it is a great location but off the beaten path if you want to see Boston. If sightseeing is the goal, you will be happier in Back Bay area. This is an airport for commutes.

We were very impressed with the hotel and will most certainly book again. The front desk, the bell hops and the shop staff were amazing, but the dining room service was not very good. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great location. Clean, with friendly staff. Nice lounge for late night snack. Punctual, quick shuttle service to airport.

Although we only stayed one night, the service was excellent, but the service in the restaurant left a little to be desired. We were not impressed with that. The bell men, the front desk and even the little shop staff were friendly and helpful

floors have no soda/water machines and there is no minibar in most rooms. you have to go to bar or shop (only open until 11) or call room service (and wait).

I have stayed at this hotel several times and love it! The rooms are super nice, the staff is friendly, the resturants are very good, not to overly priced for a hotel. Just the look and layout of this hotel is nice. The executive lounge is very refreshing with a conciege working there to assist you with any travel related issues.

A comfortable and pleasant hotel. Good food in the restaurant. Extremely convenient location for travelers arriving late at night or needing to leave early in the morning from the airport. It's just a quick walk through the skyway to the airport terminal!

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. We were greeted at check in (1:00 a.m.) by a very pleasant and helpful desk clerk. The hotel was spotless throughout and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Having just arrived from an over priced hotel in Las Vegas which was loud 24/7, the Hilton was a pleasure to stay overnight as the rooms were extremely quiet. We even had a coffee maker in our room which the hotel in Las Vegas lacked. Again a very pleasant stay for us.

I love this property. The sports bar was great to hang out and watch a game. Shuttle service to the "t" was wonderful.
