Everybody was wonderful. My baggage was delayed and the restaurant helped me put together a meal I could take to my room and they called promptly when the baggage arrived. I may have left a book with Tools in the title. If you find it could you send it to me? Thanks, Susan Kelly

We appreciated the size of room and king sized bed having just returned from europe. Room and particularly the bathroom could have been cleaner! !

We had to change rooms 3 times till we got a room that did not have a problem, and even then the tiolet did not work good , but I was tired and just wanted to sleep. THis place is not kept very well , the rooms that I saw needed some work. I rate this place a 1! Stay somewhere else..

This place was aweful. Not clean. Unfriendly staff. If I have another cancelled flight I will sleep at the airport before choosing this place.

Good facilities, and staff were helpful and pleasant. Good proximity to airport and realtively easy access - though dont be late for the shuttle, we unfortunately were too far down the line for th 0700 shuttle and had to wait 20 minutes for the next.

The location of your hotel, while close to the airport has no facilities close by. The room was below average with respect to the bed, old and uncomfortable, the air conditioner was loud, and the television reception was far below poor. For the amount you charge for the room, I find it far below the standard of any Holiday Inn I have stayed in in the past. The only reason I elected not to change rooms was the availability, the room was prepaid, and I only had to tolerate it for one night. My overall rating of your Boston/Logan Holiday Inn is fair at best!

This hotel was convenient to the airport, offered shuttle service, had a good restaurant -great lobster roll and chili - was easy to locate when driving in from out of town, and the room was a decent size and clean.

Our trip to Boston was stressful because we weren't use to driving around Boston. When my husband and I arrived three hours later than we expected in a cab, this hotel was very fast and helpful. We had dinner in our room to relax. The next day they were very helpful with directions, and the shuttle service was great. They had a buffet for breakfast if you didn't want to order from the menu. We would definitely stay here again. We saw many airline personnel staying here.

Everything was fine. Had to call the front desk several times to get connected to the movies. Van pick-up at the airport worked well. The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud.

Not that impressed with the hotel itself. Rather average. But- EXCELLENT convenience for getting to and from airport and downtown Boston. Free shuttle that runs 24hrs. Use the shuttle to access T-station to travel to downtown, and then have shuttle pick you up at airport for return. Very easy.

My boyfriend was flying in very late, midnight, and I arrived at the hotel a few hours before to make sure i was there on time. Even though the front desk was extremely busy, they asknowledged me and told me they would be right with me, and apologized foe the wait. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. THey took me over to the Airport, which was quick and vey easy! They also picked us up, and the shuttle driver was very pleasant for such a time at night. It ws a great hotel and wonderful staff! I'd stay there again anytime!

It was late when we arrived so we ate at Bentleys - 45 min wait for drinks burned 'rare' steak. In am room had NO hot water. On return 1 hr (4 calls) for shuttle service.

Having read the earlier reviews, we booked with trepidation but were very nicely surprised. This was a great hotel - especially for the price. Thoroughly clean rooms that were well equipped, a nice little gift shop, fabulously handy shuttle that took us to and fro (and even to the airport at the awful hour of 4:30am). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again, no question.
