The 12-storey property is embellished with carpet flooring, dark wood accents and furnishing with rich fabrics. Breakfast through to dinner is offered at Brinkley’s, which serves American fare and where kids dine for free. Other dining options are available about 1.5 miles of the hotel. Located three miles from the hotel is the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, as well as downtown Boston. The hotel is within driving distance of Boston’s Science Museum, Fenway Park, Boston College and Harvard University.

Hotel staffs are friendly, and the rooms are reasonably clean with beds that are quite comfortable. However, some areas of the property look a little tired, and noise from the airport could pose a problem for light sleepers. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the subway station T, located a mile from the hotel, offering an affordable option for visiting downtown Boston.
