The Lenox was the icing on the cake for us - this was a girls' trip and we were all extremely pleased at the appointments, excellent concierge service, and location to everything we wanted to see and everywhere we wanted to be. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here many times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. Great location and usually good value for a good price.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Great location, very nice room, staff very obliging and helpful. We often travel to Boston and would have to rate this as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Obviously, it is a matter of personal taste, but we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Bad directions via front desk caused me to be late- lack of info on parking made it worse. Awful room service. 2 hours for mediocre over priced entree. Upon check out the clerk was condescending - rude. Lovely room did not compensate for lack of service. I will not stay here again.
