The room was large enough and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and well maintained. The hotel's proximity to the Andrew Station T stop was very convenient and made traveling to the Convention Center quite easy and inexpensive.

Continental breakfast was a good spread.

Internet connection in the room did not work. Called the 800 number, but they were not able to fix it.

Rooms small but clean and comfortable. No shuttle (except to Logan) although advertised, no cinnamon rolls although advertised. Attached restaurant, Bick fords, should be closed by the health department. Food ok, but restaurant filthy and dark.

Staff helpful, lobby clean & attractive.

I wish they had upgraded to wireless in rooms.

Great for visiting Boston. Close to the T station, easy access to T station. Great if you just need a clean and safe and convenient hotel while touring Boston. Free parking and nice staff.

Convenient.

Many visitors to Boston who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express said the property offers great value. Many guests liked the location close to the subway and the bus station and said they found the staff here to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast bar made a great start to a Massachusetts morning.
