Nice Hotel, staff was great, shuttle service took you everywhere you needed to go and picked you up. Very Clean atmosphere. Felt the restraunt was a bit exessive on price but i guess that can be expected at a Hyatt, and i kinda was uneasy about people in the dining room being able to see me in the pool.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and the shuttle drivers were awesome, They gave us info about the hotel as soon as they picked us up from the airport, They gave us dirrections when dropping us off at the T. The service was absolutely fantastic. Room service was very promt, the rooms were extremely clean, and the view of the harbor was breath taking (especailly at night). The resteraunt was great, not exceptional. The service again was great, however, the overall cost of the stay was excessive. Parking cost was at a premium, resteraunt food cost was at a premium, even a bottle of water will cost you only five dolars. Great stay, just bring a fat wallet.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in Boston. The dramatic skyline greeted us from every window, the room was SO comfortable and quiet, our meal in the restaurant was delicious, and everyone was pleasant. The shuttle to the terminals is VERY convenient. Beautiful place to stay for an evening or longer!

Lovely property with stunning views of the city, but the service was very disappointing. Very cold and uninviting...staff seemed unhappy and not eager to please. The porter watched us struggle at the door with our bags!

Beautiful view of the Harbor. Nice walking area right outside the hotel to walk around the harbor. Water taxis right near the hotel, and a nice patio.

Being isolated....there is no access to alternate dining... and NO IN HOUSE ROOM SERVICE AFTER 11PM!! Can Starve after a Red sox game!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The service was the best thing. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the front desk workers were great! The hotel was also very nice and clean! ****

Got what I wanted when I booked through this site, but when I booked a second return night with the hotel I didn't get the bed I wanted and it cost more money!

We needed to catch an early flight out of Logan and we decided to stay the night in Boston. It worked out great and even though the hotel is actually right at the airport it was not that load.

The hotel was beautiful, and so was the scenery, but the hotel restaraunt prices were horrible, twice as much as they should have been. There were no resaraunts in the area, so we were stuck w/ eating there. That was the only negative about the experience.

Beautiful Hotel. No noticable Jet Plane noise. Easy drive into Boston's Warf area in the morning and easy return during the evening rush also. Nice rooms and VERY Friendly and helpful staff. I score this as an EXCELLENT place to stay, especially if you have Airport or waterfront area plans.

This is a terrific place to stay if you need to stay near Logan. Good restaurant and bar, great fitness center, very comfortable rooms

This was our first trip to Boston. The hotel view was spectacular! We had a great experience visiting and found the shuttle driver to be very helpful in every way. We toured all the points of interest and found the information and directions accurate. We found the hotel experience wonderful and look forward to staying again soon!!

My husband and I choose to have our wedding reception at the Hyatt Harborside hotel and we could not have been happier! Our reception was in the tent, you could not ask for a better back-drop! The staff catered to our every need, without being to pushy. Our room was beautiful with the best view I have ever seen of the Boston skyline! It was the most beautiful place for an outdoor reception!

My stay was very brief at best. The service was friendly and professional. The availability of the water taxi is a real plus. The ride is pleasant across the harbor and the captain was most informative. The room was very nice on the harbor side, and most importantly, the bed was fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone/everyone for and absolutely quiet stay in Boston. Don't let the location psyche you out, not a sound of overhead planes or the rumble of takeoff is heard inside these walls. I will definitely stay here again.

I'm from Boston... my husband wanted to do something special for my b-day so he reserved 1 night stay..it was the most beautiful view I had seen in all my years here...the food was great...the pool was awsome,and the service to do for! Looking forward to visit this year again!!
