Very impressive building. Water pressure low (11 floor) beds very comfortable. All contacts made with staff I was addressed by my name. It made me feel welcomed and not just a room number.
Very friendly staff.
They charges $28.00 per night parking fee.

The hotel is very nice, with a wonderful view of downtown Boston. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The shuttle service was very reliable and the drivers were friendly. We were pleased with our stay!
The staff was very attentive to us. Very polite and helpful.
The walls are very thin. I could hear what our neighbor ordered for breakfast, and he was not being loud.

The guestrooms and suites of Hyatt Harborside at Boston’s Logan International Airport offer harbor or aviation views through windows that are triple-pane soundproofed.
