The room was nice and pleasant with a decent view of the city and Charles river. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice big flat screen TV. The hotel is in a god location right near the prudential center. The main shortcoming for me would be that you could hear hallway noises quite clearly in the room. There was also a burnt out light in the entry way of the room.
The location was great and there was a nice flat screen TV in the room.
The entry way light in the room was not working.

Excellent hotel. We only stayed one night but were very comfortable and happy. If I had to critique anything it would be the shower. It was a great big, clean bathroom, but had only a hand held shower head mounted on the side wall so it was hard to keep water in the tub. The bathtub floor was very slippery and my daughter almost fell.
Comfortable beds.
Odd shower, poor footing in the shower.
