An almost perfect stay - posted on 11/15/2006

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Boston, close to everything. In house dining is superb, proximity to the T and sites is great. Seemed a little chintzy to have paper cups for coffee and an old Radio alarm clock. But I would definitely stay ther anytime in Boston

Great service - posted on 10/09/2006

We requested a nonsmoking room, but our first night in the hotel our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the bedding. We complained to the front desk and they upgraded our room and put on the top floor with an amazing view of the city.

Guest room and service was excellent. Pool and hot tub very poorly maintained, horrible.

The location and hotel are great. The hotel services - concierge, maid, and front desk were friendly and helpful. Turner's and 10 are a little pricey, but service, food, and drinks were very good. For a special dinner that was superb go to the Au jourdhui at the Four Seasons hotel.

When we checked in we mentioned that we hoped to have a good view of the city.... We were immediately switched to a room on the 35th floor and the view was awesome!

Wonderful Staff - posted on 01/12/2006

This is by far the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. They went out of their way to greet us, play with our children, help us find a restaurant when the in hotel ones didn't peak our interest. Gift bags were given to our kids upon check in - nice. Aside from the heavenly beds not being so heavenly - the hotel was wonderful and seemed to be in a good location. Boston isn't so large that you can't walk most of it.

pricey but nice - posted on 12/20/2005

beutiful hotel in Copley place indoor mall has everything but expensive shops. Rooms are costly but if you call ahead you can get a decent rate. Valet parking $ 37 per day. Rooms comfy but for price should have on TV internet free and robes and slippers and better amanities in bathroom. No pool. Bars are good but pricey.

Great Hotel!!! - posted on 08/16/2005

I read and reread many Boston hotel reviews before booking and this was NOT a dissapointment!! Beautiful rooms, outgoing staff,( our friends had a problem with their room and they got immediately upgrades to a jr. suite. I'd like to see the regular suite cuz this was huge! Anyway all Westin beds are "heavenly beds" and the showers "heavenly showers"(double heads!) Wow! I'd go back in a heartbeat! Close to Fenway(Go Sox!) but more than a 5 min walk like my husband said!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is great. Within walking distance of Fenway Park and Boston Common. Short cab ride to anywhere in Boston.

Awesome Location - posted on 07/06/2005

We stayed here for July 4th- Beautiful room! Couldn't get a water glass or coffee cup to save our life - but a perfect view of the fireworks on the river. Nice staff, helpful (except the non-existent refreshment people). Avoid the restaurant - bad food and expensive. Located right offf the T and near attractions.

Wonderful ! - posted on 01/30/2005

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large, and clean. The beds are FABULOUS! Service was excellent and the location is great. It is just 1-2 blocks from several subway stations, and is attached to a large mall with great food and shopping. Try Movenpick in the mall for breakfast. It doesn't get any better.

A Sure Bet - posted on 12/02/2004

my husband and I have stayed here a few times and this hotel has never disappointed. The room size is huge, each time the view has been fantastic. Very comfortable. The staff is always great and you CANNOT beat the location, right in downtown Boston near the Prudential and Copley. A+
