The Copley Square Hotel is a charming European style hotel for those who enjoy a smaller, intimate enviorment and a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable, simple, elegant decor - not overdone. Bed Mattress was exceptionally comfortable. We had a lovely view of the square and surrounding area. Overall, we were very pleased and surprised at the exceptional room and service for the price paid.

This hotel has prime location but it is old and it shows. The rooms were o.k. in size and ammenities but had a musty smell. Service was good.

Given that some previous travelers had bad comments, I was prepared for worse that I found. The room was clean, in good shape and of decent size. Since we were on vacation, we didn't spend too much time other than sleeping in the room.

This hotel has the charm of country atmosphere yet, is smack in the middle of a great city! Everyone is friendly, helpful, courteous and polite! Would definitely recommend others to stay here for a weekend getaway!

This was touted as an historic hotel, but really it's just an old hotel. The rooms were cramped, musty, and not elegant as depicted. The bathroom was creepy.
