The hotel is in a excellent location. Close to the train, shopping and clubs. Everything in boston closes early but a 7 eleven is 2 blks away makes a great place after a long nite. The bathroom is very tiny. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgable and helped when needed. Check in and out were fast. I would so stay here again!!!
It has a great location for single people. Everything in walking distance.
The bathroom was a bit small. I expected more from a 4star hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. Friendly and attentive staff. Elegant and modern. Bring your own bath products there?s very strong on the perfume side. Centrally located and always ready to help you find anything you need.
The staff was there for anything you needed right away at anytime.
The pool was cold and the bath products gave me a rash.

If you are attending a play, or have dinner reservations in this area, it is a clean, attractive hotel to stay at, with a friendly staff. The room was very nice and the hotel is kept in good shape.
The hotel was easy to get to and within walking distance of some nice theatres and bars. We walked to "Felt" and the Ritz for drinks.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Previous guests say the location of this property is excellent as you are able to walk to so many downtown attractions. Helpful staff at the front desk was praised for giving directions and advice on when and where to go. One tip from several former clients: Buying a package that included a full breakfast was well worth the additional money.
