I have stayed there before, and am thrilled to go back everytime. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is accommodating! My children like all the outdoor activities.
The staff is wonderful!! The rooms are very welcoming.

I booked this room for an overworked staff member and her husband. They absolutely loved it. They deserved to be pampered.

The hotel is in a nice location and is perfect for business travel.
I like the gas fireplace and the room set up.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as other Marriott's I have stayed in and we didn't get the King we reserved.

Frequent travelers to the Boston area say that this Residence Inn makes an ideal base for touring Massachusetts and the prices here are very reasonable when you consider the many items that are included. Longer stay clients say it truly was a home away from home with the fully equipped suites and a team of professional workers who had lots of helpful hints about shopping and dining venues. Most visitors say they have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and say they will stay here themselves on future visits to Andover.
