The heat was broken in my room for 2 days before it finally got fixed after calling 3 separate times. The room was clean but small, good price, restaurant breakfast service very fast and reasonable.

The front desk staff were not as friendly as I had expected. I've been to several Best Western's, and this experience did not discourage me. The hotel was under renovations (new carpet) and I'm sure they were busy. I just wish I was treated better.

I was in Rockville on business and needed to work in the evening on a presentation for the next day. I had no internet access from my room because the hotel was"having problems " with their internet provider. This was tremendously detrimental to my work and time there as I had to leave early the following day in order to find internet service somewhere else and still put together my preseentation in time for my committments. For a hotel located in the heart of a business area - this is inexcusable.
