Nice place for the family and the kids love the indoor pool. And the game room. But the staff could use a little more help with cleaning. But is was not darty. Over all we did love going and we will retrun.

About what you'd expect at the beach but for about half the price. Wi-Fi only in the lobby, signal won't reach other buildings. 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor that is really nice for kids.

Very nice and quiet. Rooms were clean, but need to be updated with new furnishings. If you will be spending most of your time at one of the many pools or out with the family this is a great place. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool playground.

The hotel is really nice, and the price is right, why pay 200.00 a night for a room on the boardwalk when you can stay at FSK motel and you are only 1\2 mile from the beach and boardwalk, it has 3 swimming pools pool bar valleyball and a play ground it even has a golf course!!!

The price of the rooms if nothing else is worth comming back year after year, The service was really good it has 2 or 3 pools free shuttle to and from O.C. The only down fall i can think of would be that it's not on the boardwalk, I would encourage anyone to stay there, the rooms are clean there are lots of activites for kids and the price is right

You cannot beat the price for such clean rooms and impecable service. When you look at the hotel itself it reminds you of an old southern plantation..people sitting out on the front porch enjoying the weather. It was an amazing experience. A little home town feel with a seaside view.

I've stayed at this hotel every summer for about 15 years. I love the property and I strongly suggest a visit. Good price too. When I return, I will stay here.

FOR THE PRICE, this place was great. I really liked the ambiance and the quaint look. The rooms are a little out of date, but not bad at all. I'd stay again! FYI, can not walk to the main drag of O.C. at all, must take shuttle.
