The so call suite was small.for 5 people. You have to drive to the beach. Located across the street frok the outlet center but a very wide street to cross.No ocean view at all.

We had a great time. I would rate the hotel with 4 stars for cleanliness, location, breakfast and fun.The hotel's location on Rt. 50 was a great and convenient location for shoppping, eating, and travelling to the ocean and to the fishing rentals. The hotel is across from the Baja Amusement Park and Miniature Golf Course, the Outlet Mall and at least 4 fast food eateries. We left our car at the hotel and walked to these attractions. The hotel is spaceous and looks brand new. The place is immaculate and is very comfortable. The deluxe continental breakfast was the best! The room was cool, quiet and comfortable. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun. Inside there is a small arcade and an exercise room we used numerous times. Our teenagers worked out too! I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and we hope to stay again next summer. Four stars!

Over a weekend stay in OC, this hotel was a short drive away from the boardwalk. Across from outlet shopping and a movie theater, it gave us options and our room (at the back of the hotel) was very quiet. There are trees blocking some of the noise and overall I felt this was a good location. Utilized the deck in the pool area one afternoon, but when the lifeguard had to leave for a family emergency there was no one to work to allow us to sunbathe, even though no one had any intention to go in the water. Housekeeping was lax on giving us the extra towels we asked for; never did the first day and on the second they said they were out?? Heat/air cond. was awkward; either full-on blasting cold or blowing hot air... would've been nice to be able to set it to blow out slightly cool air to maintain room temp.
