the place was ok but was not at all what i was looking for the site needs to be more clear on what they have avaulble in this hotel other then that i guess it was ok it's funny though how the world is so small i ran in too a old high school friend i guess that was the best thing bout this hotel for me

This hotel was ok, I expected more. The balcony doors looked like someone tried to break in. The hallways always smelled like smoke. Parking was very limited. Other than that it's a wonderful location, right on the beach. Might stay there again, but rates are very high even for off season.

Prices have gone up this year, I stay here every year. Needed repairs have not been done but it may be due the recent storm. Biggest complaint - A/C efficient but VERY NOISY. It needs a sprucing up and there is no sitting room in the lobby; only place to sit is in your room.

The room was clean and very spacious. Housekeepers replaced towels and restocked toiletries daily. The balcony was small and not very clean but the view was ok. The attached parking lot is small and the overflow lot is about two blocks away. The location is perfect. Restaurants, bars, amusements, and shops are very close.

My husband and I went for my birthday weekend and first, we got a room that was not oceanfront, only ocean view, no jacuzzi, manager was rude, bathroom was dirty, halls smelled like smoke, and the elevators were very slow. Also the stairway was dirty. The restaurant had terrible service, we left and went somewhere else for dinner. Parking was difficult, had to park across the street mostly. We will not stay here again.

This hotel is great especially for seniors. The rooms are affordable and the view is great. The Location is probably one of the best in Downton OC

WE HAVE STATED HERE FOR 5 YEARS IN A ROW FOR CRUISER WEEKEND AND YOU ALWAYS LEAVE HAVING A GREAT TIME THE STAFF IS GREAT AND WILLING TO ACCOMADATE YOUR NEEDS

Had problems with kids running in halls, slamming doors & noise. Great bottled water, wonderful location and good prices. Would stay again but not on weekend (Fri/Sat).

I was pleasantly surprised with the value of this hotel. The location is in a great location. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. What a value!

We have stayed there before. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The balcony is a little small and needs a small table for coffee or drinks. The decor and amenities, bottled water every day were nice. Will stay there again. Price can't be beat.

We only spent 2 nights there but really liked the location and the spacious rooms. It was very clean, had microwave,coffee maker, and a fridge. It is right on the boardwalk convenient to the beach and shops.

I was shocked! Pool next to a dumpter on parking lot!!, beds are not queen size they are full size!! air conditoner in room are noisy!!, too expensive felt like a motel!! lobby area too ghetto!!!

The room was really nice and clean and was a good value.
