Hotel's proximity to beach, stores, and restaurants was pretty good. The view of the bay from the hotel was breathtaking. Pool had too much chlorine, and hotel could stand a few upgrades

My husband and I decided to just get away! And this was the best decision we ever made, we really enjoyed our stay, the staff was nice and helpful. They even left a message because we didn't want to be disturbed for room service to call the front desk if we needed anything and I thought that was great! I would definitely stay there again!!

Comfort Inn Gold Coast is not a luxury hotel; for the price you pay, however, it is convenient, clean, and perfectly suitable. An ideal hotel if you intend to spend most of your time on the boardwalk, at the beach, etc.

My husband and I found no faults with this hotel. There are few amenities but that is to be expected at this price. Our room was large, comfortable and clean.

This hotel had everything that is needed on a trip were you will spend most of your time at the beach. The only downfall that I can come up with is that it would have been nice to have an outdoor pool to dip into at the end of the day (there was an indoor pool, but it;s just not the same).

Picture makes it look like a big motel but its far from that -- One day the maids didn't come to clean the room til 5pm -- Pillows on the bed were really flat -- A little longer of a walk to the beach then we had expected we thought we would just have to cross the street and not have to walk up the street and over to go around the hotel on the beach

We could not get enough towels for us to use. There were four adults staying in the room, not enough towels. All but 2 days there was no one to clean or make up our room, one of the days they did the sheets were missing off the bed. It just made it harder to not have enough towels.

Reserved a Non-smoking room, but as soon as you walked in the room you were smacked in the face with the smell of smoke. The toilet backed up twice during a 5 day stay (Although it was fixed right away). There were dirty towels in the bathroom on the first day, I had to track the maid down daily to get fresh towels and my trash removed, Come to find out, the maid was smoking while cleaning the room, thats why the non smoking room smelled like smoke. the coin operated washing machines provided for the customers did not work. The Hot tub was clearly dirty and had things floating in it.

Our fire alarm did not work and it was hanging down out of the ceiling. The bed frame stuck out from from the box spring and me my husband and 3 children all got scars on our legs from constantly hitting it. I told the front and they did nothing about the fire alarm not working, they didn't even come and look at it, which is very dangerous. Also the dryer did not work that I was using I told the front desk and said I wanted back my money they did nothing about it.

Checked in without a hassle. Staff was pleasant. Pool eventhough heated was a little cool. Room was very clean. Microwave, refrig in room. Close to mall, store and activities.

We asked for a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke maybe covered in a spray, the room was dirty and the heater smelled.-- I think most of the employees did the best they could but the conditions were mediocre.--I would not stay there again, even if it was the only option left.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights during Labor Day weekend and it was just what we needed. The room was clean, the AC worked great and the location is nice. It was nice to go downstairs to the Cinema and see a movie as well. People were very pleasant and they even let us check in early. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rates were very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay again, although it is somewhat distant from the main attractions of Ocean City.

I stayed here for two nights in June. The staff was nice; we had extended our trip one more night at the last minute and they worked with us so we wouldn't have to change rooms. The hotel is your average Comfort Inn. Clean but nothing fancy.

The room was very clean and had pleanty of space. The hotel had pleanty of parking. This hotel was conveniently located though it was not directly on the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

A great place for a cheap weekend! The hotel is in a good location and offers great amenities for the price pool, microwave, fridge, & coffee maker!!

The room was unacceptable. The toilet was backed up when we arrived. We called down and were told it would be fixed. Then after returning to the room we found very unsightly brown stains on the bathroom floor. The toilet was still backed up. We had to take our daughter down to the lobby to go to the bathroom. That toilet was also backed up. The people at the front desk then told us to take her to the Denny's Resturant next door to use the bathroom. Needless to say, this is unacceptable

Everything outside the hotel was great. My daughter and I had a blast parasailing and walking the boardwalk but the hotel was disappointing. Our reservation was messed up when we got there after that was fixed we got to the room and it was nice but was not very clean. Service was unsatisfactory and we had to switch rooms halfway through our stay. I would not stay there again and i made that clear to them.

We had a wonderful stay. It was an easy drive to any attraction we wanted; enjoyed the clean rooms; hotel is perfect for families - great job.
