The staff at this hotel was rude, I tried to call the front desk and complain about the amount of noise and people in the next room and they hung up on me - then proceeded to come up to my room and say I was the one making the noise. I wouldn't stay there again, the location was great but didn't appreciate the way I was treated by the staff.

The service was good, but the pool was dirty (floaty stuff?), the shower hadn't ever seen cleanser and the kitchen drawers and cabinets were full of crumbs and filth. The sleeping area and bedding was clean, but the whole room could use a good scrubbing

What a great view of the boardwalk and ocean. Right where all the action is in Ocean City, in a very modern and clean hotel. I was worried about this but was plesantly surprised. The pics do not do it justice.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Comfort Inn. The staff is incredible and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back! The hotel is right on the beach and boardwalk and is centrally located. What a great experience!

This is a great location for this hotel right on the boardwalk. Is within walking distance of the Ocean City wharf, entertainment district and nightlife. There are many fine restaurants located within a short distance.

Accomodations were great. All rooms with kitchen area. Clean and exceptional for the price. Even though our balcony was a city view, we also had a very good view of the ocean. Cleaning services were prompt and exceptionally courteous. Indoor pool a must at this time of the year and great entertainment for the kids.

The hotel room was not very clean at all. Only two of the five lights worked. The towels felt like sandpaper and the pull out bed was literally on springs. There was no mattress left to it at all. It was not a good stay.

The location was perfect and the spaciousness of the room impressed me. I would definitely stay there again. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning, too!

My room was ready when I got there. The rooms were cleaned each day. the ac worked great. the location when you have kids that want to be on the board walk can't be bet. seemed very safe as well.

The hotel is in a great location. I took the kids and it was very convenience. I only moved my vehicle once, but paid at the stores for the convenience. I would return in the future.
