Had business conference at hotel; very nice conference rooms. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Guest rooms are very nice as well.

For our company, the BWI Hilton is a great place to hold a large conference. The overall service from start to finish was outstanding.

A beautiful new hotel in a sea of old ugly ones! This hotel, though not easy to find was perfect for a 3 day trip to Baltimore - easy to use light rail to Inner Harbor and fantastic televisions!

If you brought your own lap top, you had to pay $10 to get a connection. That was ridiculous. RUDE STAFF. Got charged for taking something out of the refrigerator that we didn't take (although they did correct it.) Good for RICH business people.
