I paid $75.00 less than the room rate advertised on the hotel's web site making this a wonderful bargain! We were very pleased with the location and general quality of the hotel.

Everything was great. Only one small detail that was unsatisfactory & that was very little toilet paper in the room upon our arrival & had to request more. Not a very big deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless. Breakfast was awesome too.

Furniture, artwork, & overall layout of the room was wonderful.

Would have liked a full bar & restaurant within the hotel.

Hotel was beautiful --everyone was nice and friendly but noise outside of door was loud. It may have been the maids as I was right across the elevator and maids linen closets. I would stay again but ask for a different room.

Room, beds, computer use, inside pool.

Noise was loud in hallway--doors banging , etc.

The 158-room Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport has completed a three million dollar renovation and provides quality accommodation for the upmarket business and pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this non-smoking hotel are an airport shuttle and a shuttle to attractions within a three-mile radius of the property, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room tea and coffee, a morning newspaper and parking. There is 1,900 square feet of renovated meeting space for business or social functions that can accommodate 80 guests. The free shuttle serves a nearby light rail commuter train station that makes it an easy trip to the Baltimore Inner Harbor, home of Orioles Park at Camden Yards, the National Aquarium, and the Baltimore Convention Center and business district.

The location is good, close to the Baltimore Washington International Airport, and the staff here is praised for its professional yet friendly service aimed at making sure everyone has an enjoyable stay. Those who used the fitness center said it was well equipped and those who preferred to dine in their rooms said the on-site Pavilion Pantry had a good selection of meals that were easily prepared in the microwave oven.
