Great hotel, you can even make your own waffles. Extremely comfortable beds with pillow top mattresses.

My kids loved this hotel. Breakfast includes make your own waffles. 3 sinks which was great.Close to the airport, downtown Baltimore and great for a place to stay while traveling up and down 95.

This is a great hotel, easy to get to, great set up in the room, 3 sinks, pillow top beds, great breakfast-make your own waffles!!!

We arrived earlier than anticipated and were just going to ask for directions to DC to kill some time. Not only did they give us great directions to DC, they also checked us in at 10:00am. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location from the city (Oriole Park). Excellent continental breakfast the next morning. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thanks!

I visited this hotel with a group, and was pleasently surprised to find how wonderful it actually was. I expected very low of it, but was amazed at the great location, friendly staff, and more!

The location of this property is excellent -- easy access to the airport....close to the harbor and easy driving around the area. Lots of nice restaurants in the immediate area as well. On our brief visit, we found the staff very helpful. With no bar on the premises and wanting to have a cocktail at the close of our evening, the front desk offered the hotel shuttle to take us to a nearby sports bar and pick us up when we were ready to return.

Ok for a one or two night stay. Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Their attitudes were bordering on rude, service was slow and their knowledge of the hotel and the area was lacking.

Hotel staff is not helpful or friendly. When we checked in at 11 p.m. there were no sheets on the fold-out sofa. I called the front desk twice and asked for sheets to be sent up. After half-an hour, still no sheets.I finally went to get them myself. When I got downstairs, I found three people behind the desk just sitting around talking. One gave me the sheets with no apologies. Also, woman who works at the breakfast buffet started putting food away 15 minutes before buffet ends (at 10 or 10:30) even though the room was full of people. The word "hospitality" totally escapes this hotel's staff.
