The staff was very helpful. I thought I had left my cell phone charger there. I left a message. They promply called back to let me know it was not there. I then checked another location and found it. I hadn't remembered using the charger at the second location. The information from Springhill was very helpful.

Everything was new and clean.

There were some items in the mini-fridge that should have been removed when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival.

The hotel is great for business travelers. It's close to the airport and provides a free continental breakfast every morning. It's a good hotel for the price.

The customer service was excellent.

The hotel had a slight smell to it. It could use a carpet cleaning.

Newer hotel with nice decor. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Less than 5 minutes to airport with a free shuttle on the half hour. Night staff not well trained and did not give correct info on shuttle, but the hotel is perhaps new so people are still learning. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Breakfast was great, separate living space.

I wanted 2 double beds and they refused and 1 bed and 1 sleep sofa.

The Springhill Suites Baltimore BWI Airport is a high class hotel providing you with everything the Marriot has to offer. Located just two short miles from the Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport is a plus, the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is the real pleasure. Being just eight miles south of downtown Baltimores Inner Harbor and 30 miles from Washington DC this is a wonderful hotel for those staying for business or for pleasure. This is a non-smoking hotel that provides you with all the amenities you've come to expect from a Marriot with highspeed internet access and cordless phones to studio suites with pantry areas great for extended stays. You won't be let down at the Springhill Suites Baltimore BWI Airport. Not all features and services are available to each room, and some fees apply.

This is a great hotel to stay at for access to the airport. It is less than a mile away and offers a free shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off. Inside the hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpfull. Great place to stay if visiting DC also, a bit of a drive but everything seems to be in this area.
