Overall, this was an exceptional place: close to the airport, extremely friendly staff, service, and amenities. The welcome cocktail reception was a nice touch. The one drawback was a service charge to use wireless in my room.

Exceptional full breakfast buffet.

For the price, I should not be charged in room internet service.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and there to assist patrons. The room itself was very attractive, big and very clean. Even though there was a group of high school lacrosse players staying at the hotel for some event, the room still seemed relatively quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great, as it served a great array of items. I will warn though, it does get busy towards the end, so get there early. The complimentary happy hour was a very welcome bonus to our stay. All-in-all, I had an excellent experience at the embassy suites, I definitely recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast had excellent food and the complimentary happy hour was an added treat.

They don't make customers aware that there is a pool.

I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The staff were very polite and helpful during our stay. The atmosphere was very soothing and comfortable. The hotel including our suite was very clean. I must say that I loved the layout of the hotel. Our trip was very peaceful! The only problem that we had with our trip was the housekeeper in a rush to get us out of the hotel on our last day there prior to checkout. Aside from that I must say thumbs up Embassy Suites!!

I liked the overall feel of the hotel it, the scenery was very soothing and made me feel at home away from home.

I did not like how the housekeeper kept knocking on the door as if she was trying to rush us out before checkout time on our last day at the hotel.

The 251 all-suites Embassy Suites Baltimore-Washington International Airport has an eight-story atrium and is located one and a half miles from the airport and two mile from the Amtrak station. The hotel caters to the upmarket business and leisure travel and provides a complimentary airport shuttle. Other items included with the room rate are a full cooked-to-order breakfast, a two-hour manager's reception party each evening, parking and a copy of USA Today. The hotel is eight miles from Baltimores Inner Harbor, Aquarium, Convention Center, Camden Yards and the Ravens Stadium. Corporate offices close to this full-service hotel include Coca-Cola, IBM and Motorola.

Earlier complaints about shabby rooms have stopped now that this property has been renovated. Many guests liked the location, close to the airport and area attractions, and said the evening managers reception were great as was the cooked-to-order breakfast. Recent visitors said they will stay at this hotel again thanks to the spacious suites and team of helpful and friendly employees.
