The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. I had to weave through several roped off areas and past mold-covered walls with removed wallpaper to get to my room. My room had not yet been renovated and it was obvious why they were making changes. Linens, carpet and furniture were worn.

When we arrived at 2:30 a.m, we hadn't eaten and commented about being hungry. The desk clerk overheard us and promptly gave us each a bag of cookies and bottles of water. When we went to our rooms our key wouldn't work. The desk clerk sent someone down to help us. After several attempts, and even trying to recode the key they moved us to another room. Given the late hour we felt they were very friendly, helpful, and considerate of our needs.

I really like this hotel for when you need to stay close to BWI--the rooms are clean (including a great bathroom!), the parking is easy, and the staff is efficient and helpful. It is hard to beat this combination of price and quality near BWI.

Front desk staff is very professional, helpful and friendly, but maids are very noisy. Walls aren't very thick. Rooms are clean and spacious but decor is somewhat outdated. Free wireless is great as is the better-than-average cable channel selection (inc. HGTV!) Ask about long-term parking if you need it.
