Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Offered complimentary items such as shampoo, shaving creme that I had forgotten whereas other hotels had charged for them. Offered free high speed internet, free breakfast. Hotel offered a very peaceful and calm setting. I really enjoyed it here. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!!

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

Late arrivals were very noisy kids/teens, however, that is NOT the hotel's fault.

It was within driving distance of Inner Harbor, Baltimore and was easy to find. The rates were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very basic but it was clean and comfortable. The include breakfast was better than continental breakfast but not quite a breakfast buffet. Checkout was easy. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Basic, clean, and comfortable. The price was reasonable too.

I had to go to another floor looking for ice because some of the ice machines were empty. The TV mysteriously turned on in the middle of the night.

I particularly appreciated the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were patient and considerate, staying on the phone with me several minutes to help me find the hotel (during a night time torrential rainstorm). They were welcoming upon my arrival, and were genuinely glad I had arrived safely.

The personnel were outstanding.

The room had a dusty odor.

This is a great hotel for visitors to the Baltimore Washington area. The hotel has close proximity to the airport and easy access into the city. Visitors will enjoy the extras the hotel offers such as Cloud Nine bedding to make your stay seem more at home than a standard hotel room a hot breakfast and internet access. Given the complimentary shuttle to the airport, Amtrak and Light Rail no car is needed for your visit. The shuttle is prompt and saves on taxi costs. Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel has recently been renovated. Another plus is you earn Hilton award points when staying here.
