A no-frills hotel that met expectations. Shuttle service from airport was wanting but to the light rail, it was fine. Foreget the "fitness room"; it is on a smoking floor and the gym smells like a tavern and looks like a boiler room. Breakfast was adequate.

We stayed for 2 nights - the 1st night we did not have enough pillows or blankets - hotel said they were out. Mold and dirty bathroom, dirty carpet, - we tried to get another hotel, but all were sold out.

IF BREAKFAST IS UNTIL 11, PLEASE DO NOT RUN OUT OF WAFFERS THE GYM WAS VERY SMALL..

I had to stay in the area for a month. I stayed at this Hotel for a week and booked another Hotel. There was a very strange odor throughout the Hotel, the hallways and rooms were dark because of low light. If you looked closely, you could see stained rugs throughout. My phone, also, didn't work and was never fixed. The bathroom floor was in need of a good cleaning. Other guests had the same complaint.

The room was very comfortable, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was so-so. Our phone didn't work, so the front desk kept calling for our wakeup call but we had no way to answer to make them stop.

Perhaps it was just a fluke, but when me and my boyfriend came here for Otakon in 2005, but we were given a VIP room. It was very nice, microwave, refridgerator, a separate section with a couch and coffee table. The nicest room I've gotten for only spending $* a night. Everything was very clean. The service was good. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the ATM in the lobby wasn't working. Neither of us used the fitness center, so I can't comment on that. Breakfast was ok, the one time I woke up in time for it.
