The Red Roof Inn Washington, DC - Laurel advertises itself as being conveniently located off of I-295 and within minutes of BWI Airport. Newly renovated, every room is tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture and bathrooms fixtures featuring granite countertops. This location is also pet friendly and kids under 17 stay free. While high speed internet is available with a nominal fee, all locals are free as as is the “On Command Video” and expanded cable. And even the property touts a snack center, there are more than a dozen restaurants all within a mile radius. And whether you're looking to shop, explore mankind's journey into space or bet on the horses. This location puts you into the center of it all with the Laurel Shopping Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, and Laurel Racetrack just a short drive away.

Sort of mystified why this hotel would name itself Washington, D.C- Laurel when it seems closer to Baltimore than to downtown Washington. But I'm not surprised since, I've come across plenty hotels who try to use the largest draw -here its the nation's capital- in order to lure guests. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean place to stopover since it is right off SR 295 or if you're visiting relatives Laurel. or are looking to visit both D.C. and Baltimore Read our customer reviews?

Nothing to complain here since the hotel is newly renovated with all new room furnishings and bathroom fixtures. To make your stay more palpable, you can also rent a microwave/ microfridge unit or access to the hotel's high speed internet service.
