The hotel was typical of a chain hotel. It was next to a Metro station, which made it easy to get to DC and back, but was not in DC. Two double beds were available, but we would have liked 2 queens.

While it was pleasant, comfortable with great service, there was no microwave/fridge in the room and it was totally non smoking in the rooms.

The bed was one of the most comfortable in which I've ever slept.

The whole hotel was non-smoking and I'm a smoker.

The management and staff were very concerned about my stay and sleep deprivation. I was made whole by the establishment.

This hotel is staffed with professionals who are anxious to serve the guest.

I did not get good nights sleep because there was a group of rowdy youth on the same floor. Calls were made to the front desk, but to no avail.

The 150-room Courtyard by Marriott New Carrollton provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The four-story, non-smoking hotel has easy access to Washington DC, via the nearby Metro station, and is close to the Prince George's County Sports and Learning Center. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two rooms available for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. Nearby attractions and landmarks include the Six Flags America theme park, MCI Center, FedEx Field, home of the Washington Redskins, the University of Maryland campus, the Annapolis Water Front and Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
