The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unexpectedly sufficient. For a short, one day stay I was pleased and would hope to get this hotel again.

This hotel is very clean and has a nice lobby with marble counters and nice floors. It offers a continental breakfast in the morning time with a waffle making griddle as it's star attraction. The beds are nice and firm and the rooms are all equipped with nice TV's, black out curtains and heating/AC units to control the temp of the room.
Great location.
They allowed someone to bring-in a barking dog and I had to move my room to another floor.

This La Quinta was formerly a Fairfield Inn. It got good reviews under the Marriott banner and it gets even better reviews now that it has been renovated and rebranded. Families say the hotel makes an ideal base for touring the nations capital. The employees are praised for being friendly and efficient and the rooms are spacious, reasonably priced and spotlessly clean. Most guests have no problems in recommending the property to others and say they will stay here again.
