Great location with many good restaurants nearby. The hotel has cheap wireless internet access but I had trouble accessing it due to network problems on some occasions. You only get your bed made and room cleaned if you stay more than 5 nights. Every room has a fridge, microwave & stove.

hotel lobby closes at 9pm everyday and guests need to wait for the door to be opened/ it is really inconvenient to wait outside if one is arriving late, say 11pm or so....but they do answer the phone and try to attend.....if one does not know what to do/ it could be an issue!

A great place for an overnight stay for the person or family on a budget and who are not looking for a broad range of amenities. Extended stays possible and would offer good basic comfort including refrigerator and range.

Homestead Germantown is a canine and feline friendly sleeping accommodation located in Maryland. Just a few minutes away from the US capital, this little hotel is one of the most frequented accommodations especially for tourists who are trying to save some money. The pet-friendly hotel offers comfortable rooms with full kitchens, ample work spaces with computer data ports and personalized voice mail among other in-room amenities. Although this is a very popular hotel in the area, it was specifically designed for extended stays. Guests at this hotel enjoy myriad of comforts on top of the great service.

This is a feline and canine friendly hotel which makes it a favorite among pet owners. The rooms however are in a very sorry state. Only the suites are livable. This is a 2-star facility and the amenities are very basic. The very rudimentary amenities are not much of an issue though especially if you are in town to have some fun but what adds to the frustration of many guests is that the internet access is so slow and the hotel personnel seem to not know how to operate the equipment inside the business center.
