I would love to stay at this hotel again!

The people were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice fluffy blankets and many pillows.

When I extended my stay the price went up.

Accommodations were well kept and the staff was courteous and helpful. There was a long walk to the room from the front of the hotel and location of elevator access always seemed to be on the opposite side of the building. The room was large and comfortable and the furniture well arranged for comfort. However the Internet would have been easier and more convenient if it were wireless. The cabling was too short to make it to the coffee table which was more comfortable to sit at instead of the high table provided.

Convenient, clean, courteous staff.

Hampton Inn has better services - the hotel layout was awkward.

The 140-room Courtyard by Marriott Columbia is located near the Columbia Business Park and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The four-story, non-smoking hotel is convenient to downtown Baltimore, the Baltimore Convention Center, the Ravens football stadium, Baltimore Inner Harbor, and Camden Yards. The property is between Columbia Pike, Route 29 and Interstate 95, making it an easy drive to both the University of Maryland and Washington DC. There are two meeting rooms available for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 50 guests. Items included with the room rate are local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7.

All the guestrooms, and 12 suites, have a large work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, web browser television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, refrigerator, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. Video players and games are available for rent.

Frequent visitors to Columbia say this Courtyard is the best place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, the rates are reasonable and the employees are both professional and friendly. First time guests are pleased with the location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. There were some minor complaints that the hotel was hard to find. But once discovered, it was a winner.
