Our room was very clean, the property is also very nice.

Didn't like egg bagel and cheese offering for breakfast.

The Hampton Inn in Bowie is a great place to stay if you love shopping and restaurants but also want to be close to the big city. You have a choice of six major chain restaurants that are only walking distance from the hotel. You'll be only 15 minutes from the District of Columbia and 10 miles from Annapolis. Baltimore and Washington are also close by. If your looking for entertainment, you can go on the rides at Six Flags Amusement Park or watch a movie at the 14-screen movie theatre complex that's adjacent to the hotel. If you're interested in history, you may want to visit the Belair mansion that was built in 1745 and owned by Samuel Olyle who was the Provincial Governor of Maryland. Other museums to visit are the Bowie Railroad Station and Huntington Museum and the Radio and Television Museum. You may also enjoy the Prince Georges Stadium, FedEx Stadium and the National Mall at Smithsonian.
