It was very nice, convenient location. The only thing that bothered me was I was not informed beforehand about the $8/day parking fee. Since we were outside the city, it came as a surprise to me. Other than that, the hotel was everything I wanted and more.

The location, it was so close to the Washington Metro.

I didn't realize I would have to pay $8/day for parking outside a hotel outside Washington, D.C.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. The location was 1 block away from the red line D.C. Metro station making it extremely convenient for Bethesda and D.C. access. The hotel was clean and new.

Great location, comfortable, very good new condition.

Hotel restaurant was only average.

The 220-room Marriott Bethesda provides luxury accommodation for the upmarket business and pleasure traveler. The 10-story, non-smoking full-service hotel is adjacent to the Metro system enabling easy access to Washington DC. The hotel has the largest ballroom in Maryland,a 130-seat amphitheater and 12 meeting rooms. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, the Bethesda Navy Hospital, the Mormon Temple, American University, the National Zoo, Washington Monument, the Smithsonian museums, Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol Building, Holocaust Museum and the White House.

Guests who paid $350 a night said this was an excellent Marriott but it was expensive. There were also additional charges for Internet access and parking. The rooms were wonderful and the service excellent. Other clients found deals which is made it more affordable. No matter they paid, most clients said they would like to stay here again and enjoy the upmarket facilities.
