We came here on our honeymoon and absolutely LOVED it!!! The staff is friendly, the lobby is spectacular and the rooms are classy and clean. The only thing that we would change is the price of room service food. Would definately stay here again!!

This is a terrific hotel, close to everything, particularly the Metro, which made it very convenient. We had a beautiful room, fantastic terrace and dealt with pleasant staff. We plan to stay there again and recommend it to others.

After spending over 700 for 3 nights(discount) you suppose they could provide more than a 1 cup coffeemaker and free internet access. It was quite convenient for metro travel and restaurants within walking distance but between all extras like 2 buck cokes, parking, expensive breakfast you felt overcharged for services that less $$ hotels are glad to provide for free. The hotel was very nice and spacious with very comfortable beds.

I read the other review and felt a need to set the record straight. I stay here frequently as a business traveler going to NIH and have always had a pleasurable experience at this upscale hotel. They just finished renovating their rooms in April. Photos have not been updated-The new beds are absolutely amazing!! The location is unbeatable- atop the Bethesda metro-not to mention Morton's Steakhouse in the lobby which is renowned for its amazing steaks and service.

I travel extensively and cannot remember staying in a dirtier room during any of my hotel stays in the United States. There was mildew in the shower and a thick layer of dust on the entertainment center. Another thing that bothered me was the shampoo and conditioner. When I arrived, the bottles were visibly used. I don't generally use hotel hair products, and I am sure it is really wasteful to replace a bottle that is 3/4 full, but it just contributed to making the room feel like a cheap hotel room.

No desk space in room. Internet is wireless and not very good and costs extra. Foom was a bit dated.

Room needed thorough cleaning as did bath.Towels smelled & not absorbent.Ice machine didn't work even after complaint & soda machine a problem.I will choose another hotel!

Excellent hotel. Room is large, clean, and well-decorated; hotel atrium is beautiful; location cannot be beat. Best of all, staff was friendly, attentive, and prompt. I'll be a repeat customer!

This hotel benefits from being one of only a few full-service hotels in the area, and they sieze the opportunity by creating a very stylish and beautiful setting. The only drawback is in amenities: $9/night for high-speed internet (other hotels are free) and up to $24/night parking. Room service is also pricey. Location is excellent.

Excellent value, clean and very comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay very much. For those travelers visiting DC, this location is perfect. The hotel is located right at one of the Metro stations that will have you in the center of DC within minutes. No need to travel to DC by car at all. Location of the hotel itself couldn't be better within Bethesda. The hotel has restaurants and eateries located on premises. Within a short walking distance one can find many restaurants that can satisfy any taste. Should the need arise, I would most definately choose this hotel again. Thanks very much Hyatt Regency Bethesda.
