Nice and clean. Only problem, there is no"complimentary" automobile parking. Have to use $25/day "valet" parking.
Hampton Inner Harbor - posted on 04/23/2007
Two blocks from the Inner Harbor, a beautifullty restored classic office building. Staff very helpful, excellent continentak breakfast and good valet parking. Very quiet and solid. Only complaint was difficulty finding- no parking and narrow verticle sign is easy to miss- especially in rush hour traffic. I would recommend this hotel. Not inexpensive but fairly priced

staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than the usual dry cereal and donuts. Fruit available throughout the day.

Maybe the best Hotel I ever stayed in.These people get it.Customer service at its best. From valet to front desk to housekeeping. Pleasant smiles all over. Nobody is perfect, TV remote didn't work.
The best Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in! - posted on 06/27/2006
This hotel was awesome! The room was very comfortable, and was appointed per our HiltonHonors preferences. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it is a perfect distance from the Harbor and attractions.

Very nice hotel. Reasonable price considering the area, large, comfortable room with delightful beds. Clean! Delicious breakfast, Easy walk to Inner Harbor. Accommodating staff - after we checked out, they kept our car so we could visit the waterfront again before we left Baltimore.
Please train the staff - posted on 11/03/2005
We spent a weekend at the Hampton Inn. Most aspects of our stay were perfect. The rooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The public area had a welcoming feeling. The only problem was the staff. They were all very gracious. However they were all verrrrry young and seemed like trainees. They didn't even offer a map at checkin. They were unable to give us any usefull information about the transit system or restaurants beyond the obvious. The bellboys and valet staff looked like they walked out of an Eminem movie.

Great staff - Good location. Well appointed room but a little pricey for a Hampton. Short walk to harbor. Great for family or business.
Downtown B-More!!! Wonderful!! - posted on 05/30/2005
This is a great hotel with many fine ammenities and great morning breakfast bar. This is only 2 blocks from the Innerharbour Area, ESPN Zone, Hard Rock and the Science Center. We would stay there again in a minute. Fresh clean rooms, and a true classy establishment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. The free continental breakfast was more like a buffet and the hotel was in close proximity to the Inner Harbor attractions.

Very nice hotel; I was in a beautiful suite room. Check-in staff needed additional training, however. The parking is a pain--you have to use the valet (no self parking). It took the valet 40 min. to retrieve my car one evening. Stay was top-notch except for parking.

The location is within walking distance of the Inner Harbor. The staff is excellent. The continental breakfast provided an excellent variety of selections. The parking rate is high but bearable since the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-equipped (microwave/mini-fridge).
