The hotel was wonderful.. staff was very helpful. What I didn't like was thinking the hotel was $409 per night and then all the taxes were added and also parking. Why can't all these charges be shown upfront so there are no surprises?

I especially liked the location... Also the fact that we could leave our luggage and car even though we had to check out earlier.

I would have like the carpet to have been cleaner in our room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Hampton Inn located in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. It is a beautiful old hotel. Very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative we had was that when we checked in they only had smoking rooms available. They gave us some air freshener to help with the smell.

Great location with a wonderful free breakfast.

We ended up being placed in a smoking room.

In an historic building with a contemporary feel, The Hampton Inn and Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor, is situated just two blocks from the Inner Harbor and is the perfect base for exploration. Located within walking distance to the Ravens and the Orioles Stadium; this hotel is the perfect place to stay if you don't want to deal with traffic and stadium parking on game day. Being so close to the game will make it convenient to explore the area; the Gallery Mall is just 2 blocks away and so is Baltimore's historic Inner Harbor area which has adorable cobblestoned walks, with waterfront dining, fabulous shopping and entertainment venues. If you're traveling with children, be sure to check out the Port Discovery and Maryland Science Center, also within 2 blocks. Come find out why Baltimore has been nicknamed "Charm City"

Online reviewers were very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Reviewers also appreciated the hot breakfast and complimentary beverage, and mentioned that a fruit basket is offered all day long. I think the hotel is beautiful, and the close proximity to everything on the waterfront make it a fantastic place to stay when you're visiting the area. One reviewer mentioned that parking in the garage next door is significantly cheaper than parking at the hotel. Guests also mentioned that the area felt safe and secure both day and night.
