On the day I checked out, I went down stairs and ordered a breakfast sandwich to go. The clerk greeted me with a smile and said, the sandwiches are warm, I prefer mine hot, can I heat this up for you. The staff continuously went the extra step. The hotel is beautiful, the Buffet breakfast is a bit pricey, but worth it. The hotel is in a great location in the inner harbor.

The staff at the Hotel were very helpful and friendly. The bedding was clean and luxuries.

The hotel parking garage was very tight for our big SUV.

Valet parking is $36.00 per night. We were never told this upon check in. They just took the car. We had this fee waived. We were booked for 2 nights. Went out for the day after 1st night, came back to our room and we could not get in. They said we should have checked out. I had paper work showing we booked two nights. In middle of second night very loud announcement came on that we could go back to our rooms. We were asleep. A fire alarm went off somewhere so the problem is we were never alerted of the original alarm in the first place. What if there really was a problem. Overall for the quality of the hotel. I expected more.

Looks brand new.

Valet Parking charge is steep (be careful).

The upscale hotel in the vicinity of the Harbor is a good place for social events and exploring the Charming City. All travelers appreciated its location. Many of them were impressed with views, warm staff and clean, good size rooms with comfy beds. But some guests griped about small and dirty rooms, cost of breakfast, in-room safe, Internet and parking, noise and sub standard business services.
