The 205-room Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Downtown is located in the Harbor East neighborhood one block from the picturesque waterfront. The 10-story, non-smoking hotel is within walking distance of the National Aquarium, Fells Point, Little Italy and the Inner Harbor attractions. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are five meeting rooms available for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 88 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the Baltimore Convention Center, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Orioles Park at Camden Yard, M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens and Arundel Mills Mall.

All the guestrooms, and 10 suites, have a large work desk, ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobes, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. Some rooms have the added benefit of a Jacuzzi and a microwave oven.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center. The Courtyard Café is open for breakfast and the Courtyard lounge has a fully stocked bar. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance including Mo’s Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant, the Lemongrass Thai restaurant and La Scala Ristorante Italiano. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel and information on area events and attractions. From Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) 12 miles: Take Baltimore/Washington Parkway (295) north for eight miles until it turns into Russell Street. Turn right on Pratt Street. Turn right on President Street. Turn left on Fleet Street. Turn right on Central Avenue. Turn right onto Aliceanna Street. The parking garage entrance, and then the hotel are on the right hand side.
