My stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, efficient, and the food was excellent. Plus, the hotel was close to all the action in Inner Harbor without the hassle of driving!

Perfect hotel for that too-early-in-the-morning flight. Pleasant restaurant, very convenient and definitely a cut above the rest in the area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accomodate our 10 month old. Shuttle to the airport was fast, effective and courteous.

We stayed at 4 points sheraton the night before we left for our jamaica wedding, and used their park & fly option. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The pub is very nice, all staff were very helpful. When we flew back in, we called for the shuttle to take us back to our car, and they got to us within minutes. The hotel is on the small size, and they furnised with smaller pieces - small arm chair, small desk, etc. But, plenty big enough for the two of us! Next time we fly BWI, we'll be staying at this hotel.

I went to visit a university in Baltimore and I was travelling alone. I appreciated the free hotel shuttle that came and got me from the airport and the hotel was only a short drive away. When I got to the hotel the staff were very courteous and showed me to my room. Room was very clean! Bed was really comfy! Will come back again!

AM Restaurant staff was horrible. Took long time to be seated - there were empty tables and one family ahead of us. Nobody came to take our order or fill our drinks. Son didn't like buffet. Had to flag down waiter to order from menu. Was told "no" because "only buffet is offered on weekends". He later came back with a plate of "leftover" pancakes. They were stale and inedible. Only other time we saw him was when he delivered our check with a 20% tip added in! Service did not deserve a tip at all. Comfortable beds, small room - OK for 1 or 2, but not for family of 4.

For the money, the hotel had pluses and minuses. Pluses: room was clean, bedding was wonderfully comfy, food in restaurant was pricey but quite good. Minuses: public areas were worn and shoddy; it looked rough from the outside. We just spent the night on our way home, and it was good enough.

From the parking lot to the lobby to the pool to the cheesecake and finally the room...all was excellent. The soundproofing in the rooms was simply amazing - we heard not a plane or thud throughout the stay.

the location of the hotel was great..right next to BWI airport..but the hotel was only one level so you have to walk far to get to your room..but iverall it was an ok to good stay

The service was very friendly, rooms were clean and fairly luxurious. Didn't try the food or any of the on site amenities, but there was a decent looking fitness center.

We particularly like the parking facility at the hotel--so convenient when we are flying out for a short stay. The drivers of the shuttle bus have been exceptionally bright and helpful. We look forward to meals in your very good restaurant. Wonderful crab cakes and rack of lamb! All employees we have met have been super.

The front desk was not kind to us, so our stay immediatley began poorly. There are enough hotels around BWI, that I will never stay at this one again. The rooms, and public spaces were consistent with a 3 star hotel.

We just spent the night before and the night after a trip to the Carribean at this hotel and they went out of their way to make everything perfect. If you are flying out of BWI Airport, stay at this hotel. We parked our car in their parking area for a fraction of what it would have cost at the airport, and they shuttled us to and from the airport for our flights. We were worried about getting the shuttle after we flew back into BWI, but they were there within minutes. Everybody was exceptionally nice and I would highly reccomend this hotel.
