This is a very nice hotel within 5 blocks of the Baltimore Harbor. While the lobby is immaculate, there appears to be some deferred maintenance on the floor levels i.e. stained carpet, etc. We had several problems in our room which were disappointing. In fairness however, once brought to the hotel's attentions they were addressed within 24 hours.

Once notified, the hotel staff did everything within their power to correct the deficiencies in our room.

Our room had numerous problems. Ceiling leak, broken bed, shower curtains falling down, broken bathroom window shutters.

Friendly, extra nice staff. Rooms were great. Room service was wonderful! Hot water could not be regulated, and it was in a rather run down area of the city. Walking to/from Inner Harbor late at night would not be advised.

The Radisson has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Many visitors were satisfied with cleanliness, breakfast, beautiful lobby and professional and polite staff. The hotel offered good value for the money spent. They would not mind staying here again. However, some guests were disappointed with worn-out amenities, uncomfortable beds, tired dirty rooms, soiled carpets and inconsistent service.
