This hotel is located directly across from the inner harbor shops in Baltimore and is attached to the gallery shops. Access is easy from the main roads. It is very easy to locate and conveniently located (which are the reasons why I was a repeat customer). The hotel is also has nice comfortable beds and linens. The rooms are quiet as well. A real plus when you are used to the quiet of a secluded country home! We were able to get good nights sleep, which is the most important thing that a hotel needs to provide.

Beds were very comfortable.

There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Good business travel hotel. Ask for a room that faces the interior of the property.

The staff was friendly and most helpful.

The street noise level in the very early morning was excessive and annoying.

What a nice treat to stay at a first class hotel. The rooms were large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The speaker in the bathroom was a nice touch so I could listen to the news while getting dressed. The whole staff was on top of our every need. Keep up the good work.

The nice large rooms and the cleanliness.

The newly redone dining room looked like a lunch room, not a formal dining room.

The conveniently situated hotel offers an array of facilities for a comfortable stay and different types of social events. All visitors liked its location. Most of them were happy with comfy and spacious rooms, service, toiletries and views. However, service in recently renovated restaurant was very slow. A few guests disliked cost of Internet and parking, ill-kept rooms and substandard business center.
