Bad Room, Bad Service - posted on 01/31/2007
We had reserved a king-size room and ended up with a double size bed and our room was still dirty from the previous occupants. When we complained we were able to switch rooms, but were informed that the double sized bed was what they considered "king-sized". The staff was generally unfriendly. We're fairly low maintenance people when we travel, but this was substandard, even for us. Definately not worth the money.

Everything about our stay was fine...except the strong odor of cigarette smoke. Even though I am a smoker myself, it was overpowering even for me. Beware of the 15 dollar a day parking fee. Our car never moved from Mon-Thur., but still was charged 15 bucks a day.

Way over-priced for the service and room you receive. Terrible communication b/w employees. Over-all, staff not very friendly.

Our room was infested with fruit gnats! The same gnats hovered over the fruit and danish on the breakfast buffet. The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. I wore footies and the bottoms were black after one night. 60-watt light bulbs; couldn't read or put on makeup. We were charged for safe even though we didn't use it.
