The 149-room Annapolis Marriott Waterfront combines 18th century splendor with modern day luxuries. The six-story, non-smoking luxury hotel greets visitors with picturesque views of the Chesapeake Bay. Only items included in the room rates are local telephone calls and coffee in the room. The property has over 5,600 square feet of flexible meeting space capable of handling 500 guests for social or business functions. Attractions and landmarks close to the hotel include the City Dock in downtown Annapolis, the U.S. Naval Academy, St. John’s College, the Maryland State Capitol building and the Navy Marine Corps Stadium.

Many say that is pricey - but they come back again for more. And the room rate is just the start of it. There is a $10 per day charge for Internet and $19 for parking. All the guestrooms have private balconies overlooking Chesapeake Bay, the City Dock or Annapolis Harbor, 49-inch flat screen televisions, separate shower and bathtub with spray jets. Other amenities include work desk with Internet access, telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, tea and coffee making facilities, cable movie channels, pay-per-view movies, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
