A smoke free facility is not a feature for those that smoke. This is not what I would expect for a 2-star hotel. I have stayed at 1 star hotel with bigger rooms.

Good location.

Would not recommend this hotel for those who smoke.

Small hotel with professional staff. Amenities such as computer with Internet access in the lobby, free airport shuttle and allowing long-term parking for a small fee make this an economical and convenient option for business travelers.

Free airport shuttle; Pleasant and proactive staff; Reimbursed me for taxi fare from airport when shuttle wasn't running.

Breakfast was too crowded for one at a time "cook-your-own" waffles.

Located just one mile from the Portland International Airport this Comfort Inn is a great option for guests waiting to catch a flight. However, it is also close to the Maine Mall as well a few miles from downtown Portland. Considering you are just a short drive from the waterfront, beaches, shopping and the business district this hotel welcomes both business and leisure travelers. Although most airport hotels are good for a night or two the Comfort Inn Airport provides enough amenities for those longer stays.

The location of South Portlands Comfort Inn brings you close to a number of great sites all the while providing travelers the convenience of an airport hotel. There were a few negative comments about the beds being uncomfortable but on the whole guests found the hotel to be clean and tidy. This is your basic hotel but it provides good service at a great price.
