It was the low rates, particularly at weekends that attracted many guests to this hotel. And they were not disappointed. Most agreed the property offers good value for money and the employees are both friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some noted there was better accommodation available in the area – but it was more expensive. From Portland Airport (PWM) 2 miles: Follow the Airport Road to traffic light. Take a left onto Congress Street. When the road splits yield right. You are now on Maine Mall Road. Follow Maine Mall Road past the Maine Mall and over the I-95 overpass. After going over the overpass go through two sets of lights staying in the right hand land to the third traffic light. At the third light take a right onto Cummings Road and the Fairfield Inn will be on your immediate left. Approximate travel time is five to eight minutes.
