The only thing I would have changed is the breakfast. By the time we got there everything was gone or cold.

The price and condition of the rooms here make one wonder how the Marriot name can be attached. This was a Susse Chalet and nothings has changed

The hotel was centrally located for a wonderful early Christmas shopping trip at Kittery Outlets, Old Port and Mall of Maine. Warm cookies, coffee and tea were offered in the lobby in the evening. The average sized room had a microwave, refridgerator, and coffee maker. Wireless internet available in room for a fee. We had perfect weather. Would love to make it an annual trip.

This hotel wold have been perfect except that I was placed next to the landry area which had running water noise until 7PM and started up again at 7AM. Our next door neighbors made noise that easily travelled into our room. when we complained several times, management did nothing to help us. Thank god they finally called it quits by 3AM. Just be sure not to take the first floor where the landry area is. Otherwise an ok hotel. I expected a little better from Marriott.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the hospital was wonderful. The breakfast was very good.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff was great, everyone very friendly. Shuttle service to and from the airport is great, but we didn't know the shuttle was only 5am-10pm. Bedspreads and decor was a little outdated, but I was informed they are updating by the end of the summer. Overall a great place right on the outskirts of the downtown.

I was terrified to stay at this motel after reading all these negative comments. I was surprised to find a very friendly staff, from the desk staff to housekeeping! The bed covers were worn, but there is a sign on the desk which apologizes and explains that new bedding (mattresses and triple sheeting with FITTED SHEETS) will be there soon.

This hotel is in a bad part of town. The rooms were terrible. Sheets were falling apart. Bed spread was a bleached out polyester throw. Service was terrible. Breakfast was old and stale.And finally, the bathroom had mold on the grout.

This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty the service was the worst. There staff was untrained.
