Very nice Hotel and good location. Was not happy when charged for a movie that we did not watch. The clerk said someone could have rolled on the remote while sleeping? (We did not watch any movies).

Enjoyed breakfast and the cookies at night.

Tried to charge us for a movie we did not order or see.

The 118-room Hampton Inn Bangor/Bar Harbor is one miles north of downtown Bangor and provides quality, affordable accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. The hotel is four miles from the airport and provides a complimentary shuttle. This is a popular hotel with visitors to Bangor and most travelers who stayed here were impressed with the reasonable rates and clean and comfortable accommodation. There were some minor moans that some of the accommodation was a little dated but that did not stop clients from recommending the property to others. There were good reviews for the efficient and friendly stay and some guests said the complimentary breakfast made a great start to a Maine morning.
