Everyone at the hotel was so very friendly and willing to help in any way. The room was just beautiful and we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud on the incredible matress! It was close to everything we needed. We did not get in our car until it was time to leave. Loved our stay in NOLA!

I attended a meeting at this hotel expecting New Orleans would be still recovering. This hotel is an oasis in the city. Awesome new hotel, great beds and a staff that never says no. If you want a great stay for you $$ and a great location across the street from the Convention Center. We will be back!

This hotel has a great location, but their customer service is terrible. "Guaranteed" room rate wasn't true, the "Business center" they offer is actually in a hotel over 2 blocks away. The staff was noisy and unfriendly, with no desirable amentities to be offered!
