The entire check-in process was very smooth--room was clean and adequate for our needs. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do in New Orleans.

Good location, great decor in rooms and very clean; I have stayed there several times and will continue to go back. Much better room quality than most Best Westerns.

Best Western Saint Charles Inn offers a comfortable and advantageous jumping point thats nestled in the heart of uptown New Orleans. Guests can head just a few blocks down the hotels road to enjoy he French Quarter, the French Quarter, the Super Dome, The WWII Museum, and the Aquarium of the Americas and The World War II Museum. If travelling with kids, visit the Audubon Zoo after enjoying a ride on the streetcar. This site also serves as the ideal lodging for those visiting Tulane and Loyola Universities students. Mornings are something to look forward to as a free continental breakfast spread is prepared daily by the staff. They watch over a safe deposit box where you cam store the valuables that you can´t lose. Business travelers who like to work comfortably in open areas may appreciate being able to access wireless high-speed internet from anywhere on the premises.

The hotels best feature is its locationin the Garden District providing easy access to popular attractions including the French Quarter. Upon entering the lobby one is greeted by a very friendly reception staff that is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Accommodations serve as homey and comfortable areas that exhibit tasteful appointments and are maintained very clean. The free breakfast is well prepared and features many choices. Some guests have complained about some strange odors in rooms.
