Stayed for 23 days. Very nice hotel in the process of coming back from Hurricane Katraina. Dinning "evening dinning staff" great. Room great. Laundry room dryers terrible. Gym exercise bike broke reported 5 times never fixed. Overall all great freiendly people I will come back. Just need few minor fixes in laundry room and gym. Had a great stay overall.

The Cotton Exchange is my favorite place to stay in New Orleans. It's close to everything! The staff is very courteous and the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable! I HIGHLY recommend the Cotton Exchange Hotel.

Clean, great location to convention center, easy walk downtown, good service from check in through check out and getting a cab to the airport.

Not know much about New Orleans, we knew we wanted to be close to the French Quarter,D-Day Museum, and the Port. We did not rent acar andwere able to hit everthing before our cruise. We would stay here again.

To be honest we were there for Mardi Gras so the hotel really didnt matter. Nothing to take away from the hotel it was great and all. The in room movies were to expensive. The room was great we enjoyed our stay at the Garden inn.I'm sure we well be there again in no time. The best vaule in town for Mardi Gras.
